Our team of chefs and pâtissiers led by Oldřich Sahajdák prepares tasting menus consisting of seven courses supplemented with seven amuse-bouche. We present you traditional meals of Czech culinary art prepared from carefully selected ingredients according to traditional Czech recipes following modern culinary techniques.
The courses vary according to seasonal changes and current offers of Czech producers and organic farms. You can try a shortened menu „après le théâtre“ as well.
Our sommeliers headed by Klára Kollárová daily set up a wine menu well-matched with single courses. You can also taste the exquisite dishes paired with wines at our lunch menu served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This is a non-smoking restaurant. You can only smoke at the bar.
